At the cookery school at La Cucina Caldesi they offer a huge variety of courses to suit all tastes so  stick to what you know your date is going to like, or take a culinary punt! The prices do differ but there is something for everyone, and of course the price includes sitting down at the end of the class to enjoy the fruits of your labour over a glass of wine.
