Drive to the coast for a night - stay at The Pier in Harwich with dinner in their harbourside restaurant.
Then the next day take a walk by the sea, have lunch at the Butley Orford Oyterage - http://www.butleyorfordoysterage.co.uk/restaurant.html and then visit Aldeburgh before heading back sunday night...
...and don't get gastric flu like I did!!!
