For a unique cinema experience, visit the superb Electric Cinema. We suggest you meet at the Electric Brasserie for dinner, for some simple but delicious food. As it's name suggests, it's next door to the cinema, which is clearly very handy.
After your dinner (and we suggest you don't have pudding....), head next door to the cinema. Make sure you book early enough, so you can snuggle up on one of the luxurious leather sofas and rest your legs on the footstools. Basically it's like sitting at home watching a dvd! However, there are bonuses and it shows your date that you've made an effort - a DVD at home might not have quite the same effect!
Okay, so the bonuses; well you can have wine, cocktails, beer and even Champagne, plus yummy food - it’s definitely worth trying the brownies, the perfect pudding.
After the film, head to Notting Hill Arts Club for a drink and a dance. It's a music and arts venue and holds club nights every night of the week. There's a huge range of events, so you should be able to find something that suits you. Just make sure you look up what’s on before you go.

![]() | love it! I love the Electric - it is just the perfect date! It is definitely a good idea not to have pudding before (or maybe even a first course) as the food is so good. Top marks. Reviewer : Lucy Submitted : 2009-01-16 16:20:54 |
