This really is genius. 6 boys, 6 girls, 1 extremely talented chef and an evening of banter, bravado and ...braising?! It's all about learning new skills in the kitchen whilst mingling with some fun, likeminded and, most importantly, single, budding chefs.
So yes, it's basically a singles cooking class, based on Angie Steele's classic Dinner Party Demon cooking class, but in this version you'll pair up with a different 'partner' to cook your starter, main and desert. Better still, you get to enjoy the feast at the end (with a glass or two of wine of course) with a chance to compare notes on your faultless fish and perfect panacotta.
There to navigate you through the nuances of creating that perfect dinner party is the wonderful and highly talented Angie Steele. Nurtured by Gordon Ramsey himself and with experience of working in some of London's top restaurants and as a private chef for some serious A listers, you couldn't ask for a better guide.
